While wandering near the Da Lat Night Market, we were in the mood for something quick and familiar, so we decided to try The Pizza Company. The staff were friendly and explained their current promotion clearly, which helped us decide on their largest pizza with four different topping quarters.
Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the presentation. When the pizza arrived, it was lukewarm at best, with the center noticeably colder than the outer crust. The base had the texture and flavor of pre-packed frozen dough, stiff and dry, lacking the softness or crispness you’d expect from a freshly baked pizza.
The toppings were evenly divided into precise quarters with no natural blending or variation, which felt unusual and gave the impression that the slices were pre-made and assembled from frozen components. Nothing tasted particularly fresh.
I raised the issue with the manager, who assured me multiple times that the pizzas were freshly prepared and came straight from the oven. Still, having tried The Pizza Company in other countries, this didn’t reflect the same standard.
The décor and layout were inviting, with family-friendly seating and fun wall art, but sadly, the food fell well short. It’s not a place I’d return to or recommend based on this visit.

Interestingly I followed up with both their head office in HCMC and their master office in Thailand and not heard anything. I guess I am only one customer and to them it doesn’t matter if I’ve had a bad experience. I would have thought I would have received a small interim reply. Somewhat...
Read moreUpdate the staff are much better trained now. They greet you and actually look eager to work unlike before. They greet you when you come in and sit you down. They take and repeat the order and look happy.
Old review The manager really needs to review their staff especially the cashier. I came in at 900 am 5/25/20024 the cashier was very rude and poorly trained. She didn't bother to greet me nor did she show me to my seat. I had to wonder around and sit myself down at a random table. She then asked angry how many people are comming? I answered 2 ppl. I did not make her work. If she hates her job so much quit, but don't take your anger out on the customers. If your the manager I would highly suggest you review the security camera and discover the truth of how poor the female cashier treats walk in guest. Is she your relative? How did she even get her job?She is always glued to her phone the entire time, you litterally have to ask 4 times to get her attention and she gets angry when she has to work. Nobody pays money to get treated poorly by the cashier /...
Read more(Sorry for bad photos). Ho-Chi-Minh-City-style restaurant in Da Lat (including the price).
There are some good views to the street and the Hoa Binh Center area, plus some plastic plants which make the restaurant more comfortable. There are also lots of food to choose (pizzas, salads, drinks...).
The cons are: really cold seats facing the Center area (on the 2nd floor), and the prices on the sky. Royal-level expensive (around 300k for a medium size pizza I think). Not recommended for...
