After a horrible experience at a nearby Italian restaurant by the church where we walked out due to the owners rudeness, we decided to eat here instead. We thought quick and easy and and did not have high expectations. Wow were we surprised. Incredibly well trained staff, friendly and professional, thoughtful, came a couple times just to ask if everything was all right, did proper offerings to upsell and were not pushing about it. Last experience at the Hai Ba Trung restaurant was less than stellar (than usual). The 2nd floor was way understaffed (only 01 main waiting staff for the entire floor and another at the bar) , which was baffling as weekend is usually busiest. The said staff when asked for children's drawing paper responded that they had run out, but in fact it was given out by the manager to other tables later on!
