A modern building in Hanoi, Artemis Café feels more like stepping into a boutique spa than a coffee shop — spotlessly clean, minimalist, and calming. We visited in the afternoon, and while the space itself was pleasantly quiet, it had clearly found its way onto the local influencers’ radar: nearly every table seemed occupied by someone staging the perfect photo shoot. It made for a slightly amusing backdrop, but didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The staff were polite and friendly, though service was simple and unobtrusive rather than memorably warm. The real highlight, however, was the cakes — beautifully crafted, both visually and texturally, with vivid colors and delicate, well-balanced flavors. Each dessert felt carefully designed, not only for appearance but for genuine taste. The coffee was also very good — well-prepared and smooth, a strong companion to the desserts.

Pricing is fair for the quality and the setting, aligning well with what you’d expect from a contemporary café experience. A small but important note for travelers: they do not accept international credit cards. Local cash or domestic payment apps are required, so it’s worth coming prepared.

Overall, Artemis Café is a lovely, quiet stop if you’re looking for a clean, stylish place to enjoy excellent cakes and coffee. It’s not a must-visit destination in itself, but if you find yourself nearby — or need a break from Hanoi’s energy — it’s a refreshing little haven...

Superb both cakes are amazing, njce balance of sweet and sour. Strawberry and Passion Fruit were fresh. My drink was also great, not to sweet. Matcha drink was awesome too, enough bitterness and sweetness, either was too much. Location: Nice atmosphere, comfortable chairs, very clean place, volume of the music is alright, don't bother me, still be able to talk with my girlfriend. I’ve been a fan here since its opening. The pastries are perfectly sweet to my taste. Unlike other places like Eastern Oriental in West Lake where I can only finish half of a serving, here I can finish 2-3 pastries at a time since it's just perfectly balanced in flavour that not making you feel awfully full or sugar rushed. The vibe and design of the store is very pretty, I like this location the best among other location of Artemis. I don’t really try their drinks here because the star of this place are their pastries. Often on events like bday I would buy multiple small pastries here so I can get to try different flavours, however the bday size ones looks so good as well. The price is reasonable when it comes to their excellent quality and looks, the packaging is really cute to so it’s a perfect choice for gifts.
