Very economical option for banh mi and a few other options plus drinks. No English. Cash and e-wallet payments accepted - not sure about credit cards. Not a dine-in place at all. Walk up, place your order and then leave. Literally a hole in the wall! Food is ok but you get what you pay for and the prices are low here. A little light on the fillings for banh mi as well as the assortment of veggies included. Then, the sandwiches are smashed down and heated through on a panini-style grill which means they're pretty flat. That was disappointing. Their dessert banh mi with butter and honey was not all that good. Butter on the inside was tasty but the honey syrup on the outside tasted burnt from the grilling process. Drinks include a variety of coffees and juices. I tried their banana milk coffee (first time I've ever tried anything like it). It had kind of a sour edge to it but was definitely drinkable. The Vietnamese coffee with sweetened condensed milk was better. I'm no banh mi expert (yet) but I've had enough to be disappointed with this overall, while recognizing it's probably a decent value for the money.

This place is great, especially if you remember that you get what you pay for. I’ve had numerous meals here and it’s always been good. You can pay extra for more meat and they are happy to customize your sandwich or your sticky rice bowl however you like. I get the bowl of sticky rice with duck quite often, at 30,000 vd. They put your Banh Mi in a panini press for quick heating so that makes it look different but it still tastes great. This is a tiny hole in the wall type of family owned business. We like it!

This place deserves a 5-star rating, one of the only places around this westernized area that still sells low-priced traditional street food. The food is really well-made using fresh ingredients. The staff are so friendly and always have big smiles to welcome you. Just paid 25k for a pate-meat bánh mì, across the road you would pay around 200k for a European style sandwich. Let’s support local Vietnamese business more regularly! ✊
