Placing order took 15 minutes because 3 order taker came back twice to confirm. They served us the beer. Then nothing for 20 minutes. We asked and they said sorry and took another 5 minutes to bring shabbily wrapped cold shrimp rolls. Then another 20 minutes before my main order. And my husband’s took a complete hour. Place is a hype among locals, so they often run exceed their serving capabilities which might lead to ignorance of guests or rudeness. For foreigners, you can either get accompanied by a local, or calling out loud for notice if you came on your own (this is definitely impoliteness in many places, but you’ll be given a pass in Vietnam). They looked after foreign visitor who couldn't speak Vietnamese as well.
