Lovely coffee shop near the end of the shopping street. We went in on a hot summer day wanted to get some filter coffee. When I was ordering, the owner came up to me to recommend their liberica coffee and explained that it's a different species of coffee bean not robusta or arabica. She also explained that all the beans were locally sourced and grown in Vietnam and they have a close working relationship with the farmers. She then invited me to try their liberica for free which was 100k VND and refused for me to pay them (I did tip the barista 100k in the end)

The Lac Duong coffee was brilliant and packed a punch despite it's light body. It was crisp. The liberica was more mellow with a light jackfruit-esque taste.

I tried their Hario V60 with a natural-processed Lac Duong bean and was blown away by the fruity aroma and delicate acidity. The baristas are clearly passionate and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend a brew based on your preferences.

Beyond coffee, the menu offers fresh pastries, tiramisu, . Their matcha latte and cold brew Secret are particularly worth mentioning creative yet well-balanced.
