I stopped by GreenArch while waiting for some friends who were delayed returning from Ha Long Bay. It was just after 8 PM and completely empty, which I thought would mean prompt service. Turns out, I had accidentally walked into what appeared to be a very exclusive phone-scrolling session between the two staff members.

After a few minutes of being thoroughly ignored, I had to call out to ask for a menu. I had planned on having a few drinks, but given the staff’s ongoing commitment to screen time, I settled for just one. When it came time to pay, I once again had to interrupt their digital retreat to request the bill.
