Read moreI didn’t feel very welcomed by the staff during my visit — as a foreigner, I would have appreciated at least a bit of guidance or communication, especially when I asked questions. Unfortunately, no one explained how to eat the dish I ordered, which made the experience confusing. Thankfully, I’ve been to similar restaurants before, so I managed to figure it out.
The atmosphere was pleasant, but the food was just average. Compared to other places I’ve tried, this one didn’t quite meet expectations.
As for the pricing, I saw the set on the menu listed at around 150,000 VND and assumed it would be a smaller portion for one person. However, they brought out a large set, which I couldn’t even finish — and I was charged 400,000 VND. It felt misleading and added to my overall disappointment.
Advice to the restaurant: The staff should inform customers if the portion is too much for one person, clarify the actual pricing, and most importantly, explain how to eat the dish — especially for first-time or foreign guests. If the staff cannot speak English, it would be very helpful to find someone who can, or at least use a translation tool like Google Translate to assist.

Xong lại chờ 15 phút mới lên được 2 bát bún bò huế, ăn chả có gì đặc sắc ngoài việc MIẾNG TIẾT ĐÔNG LẠNH VẪN CÒN LẠNH NGUYÊN. má ơi shock thôi cố ăn hết phần bún. Tổng kết cho 2 bán bún bò, 1 phần nem cuốn, 2 cốc nước hạt é là gần 400k cho một trải nghiệm kinh hoàng. Thêm phần nhân viên phục vụ, cái này bình thường cũng chẳng care đâu nhưng đã ghét thì phải dìm. Nhân viên bê 2 tay 2 bát bún bò. Hơn chục năm trong ngành hospotality, làm từ nhà hàng bình thường đến khách sạn 5 sao, chưa thấy chỗ nào nhân viên bê đồ ăn cho khách cầm tay không. Tổng kết : ngồi đợi 30 phút mới báo không có món, kêu đổi món khác tiết đông lạnh thì còn lạnh nguyên nhân viên không chuyên nghiệp = XỨNG ĐÁNG 10 CÁI 1 SAO VÀ KHÔNG BAO GIỜ CÓ LẦN 2 :)
I have to review this terrible experience. It's probably a bit long, if you don't want to read, read the summary at the end. I ordered 2 bowls of Quang noodles and 1 portion of spring rolls, and waited for almost half an hour for the spring rolls. The spring rolls had 5 spring rolls for nearly 200k, ok, the restaurant here is expensive, but there were too few and I finished them all in a flash, so I had to wait for Quang noodles. It must have been more than half an hour after I ordered, the staff came up and said they ran out of Quang noodles and switched to Hue beef noodles. Damn, I was so annoyed, they didn't say so from the beginning, they went to another restaurant to eat Hue beef noodles. Then I waited 15 minutes for 2 bowls of Hue beef noodles, there was nothing special about the food except for the frozen blood pudding that was still cold. Oh my god, I was shocked and tried to finish the noodles. The total for 2 bowls of beef noodle soup, 1 spring roll, 2 cups of basil seed water is nearly 400k for a horrible experience. Add the service staff, this is normally not something you care about, but if you hate it, you have to put it down. The staff carried 2 bowls of beef noodle soup with both hands. Over ten years in the hospitality industry, working from normal restaurants to 5-star hotels, I have never seen a place where the staff carried food for customers to hold empty hands. Summary: waited 30 minutes before saying there was no dish, asked to change to another dish the frozen meat was still cold unprofessional staff = DESERVES 10 1-STAR RATES AND NEVER A 2ND TIME :)
