Highlands Coffee Syrena — Restaurant in Hà Nội

This shop provides good bread(bahn mi?) and beverage considering price..We visited this shop several times at the beginning of staying in Hanoi. But it has weak points..The employee does not provide the tray to put beverages on...The manager and employees are very reluctant to give cup holders(paper) for cold beverages. You can get it after disputing with employees..The space is not so cool..Considering rather spacious store, it is very eager to save electricity..We searched cooler seats under air conditioner every time.. Now we changed beloved coffee shop from it to starbucks situated...

Came here for a quick coffee before work. It was a few customers inside. It took them 15 minutes to make one coffee. After I came to ask where's my coffee, saw the staff taking selfies at the bar and they hadn't even started making it. The coffee cup Size L is full of ice and the actual coffee is size S. The Poorest service even after pretty renovation. So many small local cafes with MUCH better coffee and service. Better to support them instead...

Pretty terrible coffee. I don’t understand their sizing, I ordered a medium and my brother ordered a large Vietnamese black and they were exactly the same size.
