Zpizza — Restaurant in Hà Nội

After a first review 6 months ago (1 star review, see below), I decided to give Zpizza another try (and eat my free pizza, as promised).

I made sure to talk to an English speaking waiter (the one answering on the phone for deliveries), explained my situation and waited.

The pizza came as I ordered it (with no pineapples) and with plenty of cheese (that's positive). The crust was fine but tasted somehow sometimes a bit "industrial". I would advise to put some oregano to improve the taste. If I compare this pizza with pizzas from other places, I should rate it with 3 stars only. But I really appreciate their willingness to make things right and that's why I am giving them 4 stars.

I came on a Wednesday, where the deal is "buy 1 get 2". So I ordered 2 pizzas. A Greek, without olives and à Hawaï without pineapple. The waiter first told me: "no ham" so I repeated him that I wanted ham, but no pineapples. And no olives in the Greek one. I asked him 2 times if he understood me. Of course he replied that he understood everything. After 10 minutes minimum, the Hawaii pizza arrived, with pineapples. I was a bit angry and remembered him that I specifically asked without pineapples. The second pizza arrived 15 minutes later, with of course olives. Very clean modern pizzeria. I had thin crust with decent flavor and good amount of toppings. It will be the basis of comparison for other pizza joints in the area. I ordered a large ham and pineapple for about $10 U.S. and it fed 3 for dinner and me again for breakfast so I can not complain about portion size at all. I took my pie to go but like the look of the restaurant very much and there are a lot of places nearly, for dessert and coffee, for example, to round out a dinner or a date. We hosted my Brother-in-Law family to a pizza meal. The kids love the pizza, their ribs and the pasta. The way they digged in to their meal showed how much enjoyable the meal was.

My wife and I also loved the meal. The pizzas were worthy of competitors' offers. The restaurant staff was helpful and meals were served within short waiting time which we were greatful so that the kid need not wait.
