In the morning before we went on a trip we wanted to get two takeaway coffees .We waited a long time for the coffee even though it was only an americano and a cappuccino. After we received the coffee, one paper cup was broken , also it wasn't closed well and you couldn't serve it because you would get dirty. We asked him to pour our coffee into another new cup and he said ok but he didn't pour it, he came and fixed the cup with a sticker(this was funny but at the same time it was very unpleasant).In the end, we were left with wasted time, cheap and cold coffee and we got dirty with coffee on the way because of the broken paper cup.Also the staff was not very friendly when we asked them to replace the cup.
So in the end, I don't recommend this "how cafe", you can try the cafe next door, it's better, but it doesn't have...
Read moreSmall café, big surprise. My first impression is how polite and professional are. The café has both outside and aircon areas, with lake-view. They have both long tables for large groups and short table for couples and small groups. I sat at the long table near the counter and recognised that the bartenders were meticulous when making drinks and cakes. You can't find any plastic cups or straws. The drinks are served on wooden trays, which is perfect for taking photos. Their Mellow Coffee and brownie are super, I will come back to try more drinks and cakes...

jokes aside, it's seriously really delicious especially the cream. I usually only ever go to cafes for the vibes but HOW is one of the only cafes where i come to because i actually enjoy the drinks, I think that itself says alot.
The staffs are also very friendly and nice.
