La Viet Coffee — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Kr) 라 비엣 커피숍은 싱글오리진 커피나 핸드드립 커피를 좋아하는 분들이 있다면 추천합니다. 저는 핸드 브루 커피 중 베트남 아라비카 내추럴 커피와 어이스 블렌딩티를 마셨는데, 주변에 다른 카페보다 훨씬 맛으로 평가할 때 좋았습니다. 오는 길에 있는 콩카페의 커피보다 훨씬 퀄리티 좋습니다.

솔직히 커피로스터로써 얘기하자면, 엄청 신선한(커피 로스팅 2주 안에 드는 커피) 커피는 아닙니다. 왜냐하면 향미가 많이 떨어지는 편에 속하니까요. 그래도 베트남에 있는 여러 프렌차이즈 카페보다는 맛과 향미는 훨씬 더 퀄리티 있습니다. 조금이라도 사람이 덜 북적이는 조용하고, 좋은 커피를 마시고 싶다면 추천합니다. 아! 커피전문가나 커피매니아 분들은 카티모르(품종)의 커피 마셔보고 싶다면 꼭 와보세요! :^)

그런데 이 카페에 오기까지 베트남 사람이 아닌 외국인 이라면 찾기 좀 어렵습니다. 이 카페는 "Le Thanh Tong 6번 골목"이라는 곳 안쪽에 위치해 있는데, 이렇게 말하면 현지인 아닌이상 저도 못 찾아요;; 그러니 아래의 첨부사진을 참고하세요!

En) La Viet Coffee Shop is a recommendation if you like single-origin or hand-drip coffee. I had the Vietnamese Arabica natural coffee and the iced blended tea from their hand-brewed selection, and it tasted much better than other cafés around. In terms of quality, it's far superior to Cong Cafe’s coffee along the way.

To be honest, as a coffee roaster myself, I wouldn't say their coffee is extremely fresh (within 2 weeks of roasting), because the aroma tends to fade. However, compared to many franchise cafés in Vietnam, the taste and aroma here are much higher quality.

If you're looking for a quiet spot with fewer people and good coffee, I highly recommend this place. Oh! For coffee enthusiasts or connoisseurs, if you want to try the Catimor variety, you must visit! :^)

But it can be a bit hard to find if you’re a foreigner and not familiar with the area. This café is located inside an alley called "Alley 6, Le Thanh Tong Street," and even when I say that, it's hard to find for someone who's not a local. So, check the attached photo for reference!

Vietnam) Quán cà phê La Viet là một đề xuất nếu bạn thích cà phê single-origin hoặc pha tay. Tôi đã uống cà phê Arabica tự nhiên của Việt Nam và trà đá pha trộn từ dòng cà phê pha tay của họ, và hương vị thật sự ngon hơn nhiều so với các quán cà phê xung quanh. Về chất lượng, nó cao cấp hơn nhiều so với cà phê của quán Cong Cafe trên đường.

Thành thật mà nói, với tư cách là một người rang cà phê, tôi không nói rằng cà phê của họ cực kỳ tươi (trong vòng 2 tuần sau khi rang), vì hương vị có xu hướng giảm dần. Tuy nhiên, so với nhiều quán cà phê nhượng quyền ở Việt Nam, hương vị và mùi hương ở đây có chất lượng cao hơn nhiều.

Nếu bạn muốn tìm một nơi yên tĩnh, ít người và thưởng thức cà phê ngon, tôi khuyên bạn nên đến đây. À! Đối với những người đam mê cà phê hoặc chuyên gia cà phê, nếu bạn muốn thử cà phê giống Catimor, thì nhất định phải đến đây nhé! :^)

Tuy nhiên, nếu bạn là người nước ngoài không quen thuộc với khu vực này, thì có thể sẽ khó tìm một chút. Quán này nằm trong một con hẻm gọi là "Hẻm số 6, đường Lê Thánh Tông", và ngay cả khi tôi nói như vậy, cũng khó tìm cho những ai không phải người địa phương. Vì vậy, hãy tham khảo bức ảnh...

Là Việt is one of my favorite coffee spots in town, introduced to me by a friend who takes his coffee very seriously.

On my first visit, I was delighted to find the café tucked away in a charming community alley. I love the cool yet simple decorations and the consistently friendly staff.

Today, I tried the Matcha affogato. While it was still good, it was a bit icy. I normally love their coffee, but I wish they also used a higher quality matcha. Also, the croissant wasn't as nice and flaky as the one from the Hang Bun location. I wonder if they've changed their supplier.

Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed the experience and will definitely return. Just a heads-up: this location...
