Thái độ nhân viên rất tệ, bao gồm cả quản lý và nhân viên cửa hàng. Mình gọi 1 cốc cam quế và khi order đã check 3 lần với nhân viên nhưng vẫn mang nhầm cacao nóng cho khách. Đến lúc nhân viên bê đồ ra mình đã hỏi tại sao trà mà lại có kem ở trên nhưng chưa hỏi xong nhân viên đã đi luôn. Gọi quản lý ra thì không một lời xin lỗi mà vẫn cãi cố và không có một chút thái độ tôn trọng khách hàng. Thái độ phục vụ phải nói là vô cùng tệ. Staff attitudes are very bad, including store managers and staff. I ordered a cup of cinnamon orange and when ordering, I checked 3 times with the staff but still brought the wrong hot cocoa to the customer. When the staff brought out the food, I asked why the tea had cream on it, but before I could finish asking, the staff already left. Just another Cộng. Everything is fine but if this place is packed with people… it’ll be a disaster. Many officers or people come here they talk too loud with high tones that’s so annoying. But outdoor area is good. Staffs are always nice and drink quality...
