The food was amazing with full portions. We ordered pumpkin soup, salad with chicken, pho fruit drinks, coconut coffee and traditional Vietnamese beef dish served inside a bamboo I think? My aunt underestimated how large the pho portions were and almost gave up which I don’t think it’s a bad thing because you won’t leave unsatisfied. But I definitely recommend only getting one bowl/dish to gauge if it’s suited to your normal portions then adding more if you need/want to.

I liked that they showed me how to eat the vietnamese beef dish (you’re required to assemble the accompaniments and beef and roll it myself on rice paper) which was a really good cultural lesson for me and my family.

Our server was Leo, he was really friendly and kept checking on whether everything was to our liking and whether we were comfortable.

However, the one point I’d suggest the restaurant improve on is their bathroom, it was very cramped, slightly smelly and had no tissue paper(they had a bidet but still, I have a slight phobia of touching public bathroom items so I usually use tissue paper to guard my hands as i flush, close/open the door, touch the bidet, close/open the...

We had a wonderful experience here. We found this place while strolling around Hoan Kiem Lake; they are located across the street, with outdoor tables to catch the cool breeze, and the interior is quite cozy with a classic Vietnamese style.

I ordered grilled chicken rice, and my friend ordered bun cha. Both dishes were served quickly and piping hot. The flavors of both dishes were delicious; the chicken was cooked to perfection with crispy skin and tender, juicy meat inside. However, the dipping sauce could have been better. The bun cha was fantastic, with fragrant meat that was well-marinated, and the fried spring rolls were equally good. The dipping sauce made the dish perfect.
