3/5 – Disappointed with the mojito experience
I’ve had many mojitos over the years, so I ordered the regular mojito with extra rum — which was listed as an option right on the menu. When the drink arrived, it tasted like sparkling water with lime — no detectable alcohol by taste or smell. I asked others in my group to try it, and they all agreed: it seemed like there was no rum in it at all.
We brought it up with the staff, and they admitted they hadn’t added the extra rum. I told them, extra means in addition to the original shot — not the only shot. They eventually brought one shot of rum, but at that point I let it go.

Had a few coconut milkshakes. Those were awesome!
Food: terrible!!! Wife had stir fry shrimp in red curry sauce and I had bbq chicken with fries. The chicken had a weird smell and didn't taste like chicken really. My wife's shrimp felt as if it's old and sale - Very chewy with a nasty scent. I love seafood and surprised how bad the shrimp was. Even the vegetables were stale. Seems like it's street food brought to a more costly spot.

Located on the southwest of the lake, under trees and amidst landscaped gardens, the seating is entirely outdoors under green sun umbrellas. The ambience is great. If you can manage a table, observing people, both locals and tourists, makes for a nice people-experience, for instance people taking selfies or professional photographers taking portraits with the lake as a backdrop. The cà phé muõi (salted milk coffee), I ordered wasn't great and ran out too quickly, but never mind. The lake views, from under trees, will...
