-Food Poisoning -Poor Cleanliness

We were excited to try the fresh seafood that they have on display at the restaurant entrance.

We decided to order a hot pot.

We noticed that the table and dishes in which we were served were extremely dirty and upon asking the staff to clean them they did not understand.

I cannot deny that the items were fresh as they were still moving on the tray as they were served, which may also be an exciting experience for those who are not used to very fresh seafood in Vietnam. However the cheese covered oysters did not seem as fresh in comparison.

The staff was confused and inexperienced as they missed many items which were part of the hot pot. They brought them in small amounts up to when we were about half way done with the meal.

The taste was bland but the freshness of the ocean flavors really came through, disappointingly, it kept us wanting at least something more interesting to enhance the flavors.

However, and most importantly, a couple of hours later we had violent food poisoning lasting most of the night and up until the evening after.

I do not know if this is a problem of the restaurant cleanliness of which we experienced some bad practices, or the quality of the seafood from suppliers.

Our overall sentiment is very low due to the illness their food caused us and it is not worth it for the price and mediocre seasoning...

We had ordered a bunch of different dishes alot of different types of seafood. One of them was geoduck. They told us the eat it Sashimi style. At 950k a kilo I was expecting a big dish of sashimi cut thinly. What came out was not even geoduck. It was this brown stringy slop. We had raised our concerns to the staff and they told us because geoduck shrinks there isn't much meat left. Let me show u what a geoduck sashimi dish is vs what I received. Nie jadłem więc za jedzenie się nie wypowiem ale poczułem się gorszy po otrzymaniu menu dla obcokrajowców. Zaznaczyłem i pokazałem co chce z menu dla miejscowych i nie zostałem obsłużony. Jest to dyskryminacja. Rozumiem, że dla obcokrajowców ceny mogą być wyższe ale nie o 70%.

Odpowiedź na to co odpisał właściciel : nie twierdzę, że produkty u Pana są nieświeże, nie twierdzę również, że nie jest smaczne. Nie chodzi mi tu o cenę i gdybym chciał iść na targ to bym tam poszedł. Chciałem zjeść w restauracji bo z ocen wynika, że jest smacznie. Wyraźnie pokazywałem co chce zamówić, w wietnamskim menu. To oznacza, że pańscy pracownicy nie znają wietnamskiego, że nie potrafili obsłużyć jak Pan to ujął profesjonalnie osoby, która wyraźnie wskazała jaki produkt i z jakiego menu chce otrzymać? Oczywiście, że jest to dyskryminacja bo rozumialbym gdybym nie wskazywał na pozycję w wietnamskim menu. Zobaczyliście obcokrajowca i daliście mu zupełnie inne menu z innymi cenami. Jak to nazwać jak nie dyskryminacją. Gdybym by wietnamczykiem zjadłbym w restauracji, a tak nie zostałem obsłużony bo chciałem zjeść to co...
