Phi Nhung Restaurant, located in Cat Ba Island which near fishing port, offers a good dining experience with a stunning view of the town's center. The restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating areas, providing guests with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The menu is diverse, with a wide range of dishes at reasonable prices. Despite the friendly and accommodating staff, we experienced longer than expected waiting times for our meals, and the serving time could be improved.

Our group of ten enjoyed various dishes, such as garlic stir-fried greens, grilled rice cakes, fried tofu, grilled oysters with scallion oil, stir-fried pork intestine with pickled vegetables, salted and fried chicken feet, seafood fried rice, stir-fried vegetable noodles, and beef stir-fry. Overall, the food was flavorful, featuring fresh vegetables and seafood. However, we had to wait a long time for a refill of the dipping sauce.

The restaurant's cleanliness was satisfactory, though the outdoor seating area could be cleaner. Best food we’ve had on our entire trip!!!!

We are tourists but tend to avoid the restaurants for Westerners because we’re in Vietnam, we want real Vietnamese food.

We chose this place because it was super busy with Vietnamese locals and we were not disappointed. Food was delicious!

Vietnamese spinach (morning glory), shrimp and squid rice, and clams were all amazing.

Top tip: don’t expect table service like we have in the west. You will need to approach a waiter to order and be ever so slightly assertive. This is normal.

The secret place!!!! Not many know of this place cause it is right over the bridge and off the strip! Great waterfront seating to watch the sunset while eating delicious local made fresh food! You can watch them cook everything on the street! I keep coming back here every night for 10,000 Larue Drafts and tasting my way around the menu!
