Best Restaurant in Cat Ba! I've been to Cat Ba many times and I'm glad I found this! For it being so fancy, the prices are the same as any other affordable restaurant on the island. We went to the last floor to enjoy the view and drink some fruit shakes. The place is really nice and the furniture super fancy. The service wasn't unfortunately as good: they brought us the wrong shake twice (we were the only 4 clients) and in one of them we found pieces of plastic and aluminium. Reviewing for their Skybar Slightly upscale set up but still casual. Has anything you need for a bar/club, including great view over the bay. Prices are reasonable, music is loud but not too loud.
