Two days ago, I visited your restaurant around 8 PM with a prior reservation. Despite this, the staff appeared disorganized and seated us at a table right by the entrance, explaining that all upstairs tables were occupied. However, what was most disappointing is that guests who arrived after us without any reservation were still taken upstairs and seated comfortably. This raised serious concerns about the fairness and consistency of your reservation system.
Regarding the food, it was unfortunately underwhelming. The chicken dish was excessively sweet, and the pizza base was far too soft clearly undercooked. The only item that was remotely satisfactory was the French fries, which, frankly, speaks volumes.
What I found most unacceptable was the lack of professionalism in service. The staff specifically a female server wearing glasses served our pizza without offering any condiments. It was only after we had to ask that chili oil and Tabasco were brought to the table. This is a very basic element of service, particularly for a restaurant that claims to serve Western cuisine. It reflects a serious lack of training and attention to detail.
While I understand that the restaurant may fall within a casual dining category, the experience failed to meet even basic standards let alone the expectations set by the many positive reviews that influenced our decision to dine here. Regrettably, I will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to others based on...
Read moreWe were craving some pizza and decided to give this place a shot. It's located in a pretty hidden alleyway, so make sure to keep an eye out for the sign at the top to turn into the alley. There's not a lot of parking area for motor bikes, so keep that in mind. I liked that they gave you the option to split your pizza into 2 halves with different toppings so you can try more without ordering 2 whole pizzas. We tried the 3Ps and the pate. I wasn't a big fan of the pate--it tasted like a banh mi on a pizza. If you are a big fan of vietnamese sandwiches, the pate will not disappoint, but since I've been eating so much banh mi, it didn't hit the spot. The 3P was delicious! It was a sweet and savory pizza. It wasn't too sweet, but that hint of sweetness balanced out the saltiness of the cheese and prosciutto. The pizzas had a nice chew to it. It was very light. I did wish that it had a little bit of a crispy crunch to it. It was missing that crispy factor in the dough. The chicken wings had a nice crispy crunch to it, but the passionfruit glaze may be a bit tart if you get a piece with too much glaze on it. The Caesar salad had a nice dressing. The fries were crispy so that was a bonus! I didn't taste much truffle to it. Overall, I would come back to try the different...
The last restaurant at the end of the alley is quite easy to find, the space is cozy, the dining table is clean and especially there is a projector in the upper floor area, very chill for couples to date and watch movies.
About the food, the appetizer I had was Wonton Salsa, a stimulating dish with just enough acidity from tomatoes and lemon (7/10) to prepare for the Shrimp and Chili Spaghetti Cream, slightly spicy, a little fatty, seasoned very well to my taste (8.5/10) it seems like this is a typical dish of pasta dishes that everyone should try. Next is the pizza I ordered half was 3Ps with a quite interesting sweet taste from caramelized pear and salty from Parma ham (8/10), the other half was Fruitti Di Mare seafood that did not impress me much (6/10).
If the program bill is over 500k, you will get a free tiramisu. Thank you Phuong and Tu for making my evening more enjoyable. You guys gave very detailed advice, were very cute, and I look forward to the fact that you guys can introduce more dishes next time so that it can be more perfect (8.5/10). Will come back next time, I encourage...
