BornGa Korean BBQ – District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
If you’re looking for authentic Korean BBQ in Ho Chi Minh City, BornGa is definitely worth a visit. The food comes out very quickly, and the side dishes are unbelievably generous — at first, I was surprised why the grill was placed at the end of the table, but once all the side dishes arrived, it made perfect sense because there were just so many of them! Everything can be refilled without limit, which makes the meal even more enjoyable.
The staff speak English very well and provide clear, detailed information, which makes the dining experience smooth and welcoming. The location is also easy to find, right in District 1.
The prices are standard for this type of Korean BBQ restaurant, though they might feel a bit high for locals. Still, the quality and experience are absolutely worth it. The atmosphere is very lively, and I noticed that most of the customers were Korean, which really adds to the authentic vibe.
If you’re traveling in Vietnam and feel like taking a break from Vietnamese food, I highly recommend trying BornGa — it...
Read moreI must say this is the BEST and MOST AUTHENTIC Korean restaurant. Everything we ordered was sooooo delicious.
The female Korean manager (or owner) was always in a great manner and attitude of service.
The location is right at the heart of Saigon centre which is so convenient for getting here. However, they do not provide car park so I had to park in Vincom centre.
Panchan (side dishes) were various and absolutely tasty. Fresh pork and beef. We went there of a group of 4 and was offered grill service where we could just enjoy the foods and no worries about cooking them. This was great.
Service quality was 👌👌👌
Absolutely recommend this place. Oh one more thing, the price was sooooooo affordable and reasonable if I don’t say it’s pretty cheap compared to the quality of foods at other places.
The only thing annoys me is that they do not serve grill foods if you order one dish of meat. It must be 2 at least.
I will definitely come back here for many more...

Bonjour is a good example.
So why they use this "bornga" instead of good meaning "Bon ga"?
