Cộng is one of the many chain cafes in Việt Nam with a more rustic and classical decor style for those who want to experience old-school cafes back in the day. You’ll find old wooden furniture along with dated decors, so if you like more modern locations to take pictures with, this chain is not for you.

PROs: -The drinks at Cộng are pretty solid, especially their Coconut Coffee. The price is reasonable considering its quality and quantity. The croissant at this location is also pretty good. -There are a few floors with a selection of seating for you to choose from, especially the top floor with the balcony looking out to Bờ Kè. You can enjoy a good view while completing your work.

CONs: -The top floor is a smoker-friendly floor so if you don’t like that, would it or just sit inside. -Around the evening time, the sun is glaring at you so avoid if you don’t like the brightness. -Despite looking like a large space, there is not as much seating as you’d think.

I don't really like this place. I used to come to other Cộng caphe in other cities of Vietnam like Ha Noi or Da Nang, the service there is better a lot, the taste of coffee in Cong caphe in Da Nang and Ha Noi is also better. The coffee tastes really really bad, too weak and sour. In Ha Noi and Da Nang I can take a seat and waiter will come to ask what I drink and bring my orders to my table, but here I have to order my drinks at the counter.
