Xiên Khè — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

We group of friends and co-workers invited me to join this place which is in District 1 hcmc. We had party with group of friends and co workers last week. This restaurant have beautiful view for the river and city center itself. Offering delicious foods with beer and good music. Beer is the main alcoholic product ther are serving. This place situated alongside with river District 1. Service staff for this restaurant is good , listening to your requests , follow your orders and offers delicious food.

Down there have clean toilets (WC) and plenty of parking place for your 2 weeler vehicles but I am afraid there not enough space for 4 wheeler vehicles. This place is best for those want to organize party with friends and company co-workers. If you are looking near by then you can go for this place , am sure this will Not disappoint you. Which offers river surrounding in the evening time.

Waited 56 minutes to complete my meal of 3 dishes. 1st dish came out at a decent time. 2nd took nearly 45 min (grilled beef). Even a table next to me came in much later than me got many dishes ahead of me. I even saw my last dish (grilled shrimp) towards the end completely raw. Server straight lied to my face “its being grilled”. As another server was taking it to the grill. I asked for the bill. He took a long time to get me the bill then finally after 1 hour and 8 min later he brings the grilled shrimp and says “please understand the kitchen is busy”. His face also was just unhappy the entire time. I didnt believe him. Asked for the bill and left the shrimp at the table. Completely lost my appetite to eat. Other 2 staff also were not helpful at all. Beware everyone of this poorly managed restaurant

We went there for the second time and this time they served us rotten seafood . It was smelling discusting. We complained to the server and they said it was the season of the smelly crab . So we just asked to cancel the dish or at least replace it. They owner was stubborn and didn't want to deviate from here opinion . Maybe they had a bad day but they should work on their customer care. Also the beef is not cooked . It was still raw and the fat was bloody and smelly.
