I went for their roasted pork vermicelli noodles—solid choice. Big serving, legit sauce. By “authentic” I mean street-food authentic—sweet, spicy, and the kind that makes you rethink ever buying bottled sauce again.

Also tried their deep-fried spring rolls. I mean… it’s deep-fried. If someone gets that wrong, they should close shop. Thankfully, they nailed it.
