ÊMM Hotel Saigon — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

My friend and I came to Vietnam after rhinoplasty and were looking for a hotel where we could comfortably rest and recover. This hotel turned out to be absolutely perfect for that! We stayed here for two full weeks and were very satisfied.

The breakfasts were amazing — varied, delicious, and fresh. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. It was my friend’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel team helped organize everything at the highest level. Huge thanks for that!

Special thanks to the female manager at the front desk who checked us into room 403. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she mentioned that she’s new to the hotel and works the morning shift. Despite that, she was an incredible professional — kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. It’s thanks to people like her that you want to come back to this hotel again. Thank you!

I also want to thank a staff member named ~Nguyen Duc Huy. He was always around and helped us with any questions we had. You are a true professional!

I would also like to highlight the laundry service. It was absolutely flawless — everything was washed with great care, with no strong chemical smell, no stains, and perfectly ironed. Just an outstanding level of service. I highly recommend using this service during your stay.

I had a truly lovely stay at EMM Hotel Saigon. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was outstanding and full of personal touches that made me feel at home.||At the reception, Mr. Huy and Ms. Duyen were absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They handled everything efficiently and with genuine warmth. When I checked out for my flight, Mr. Huy even surprised me with a cookie gift from the kitchen, such a thoughtful gesture that really made my day!||The coffee house team was also fantastic. Ms. Suong greeted every guest with a bright smile and served each meal with care and attentiveness. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room spotless and perfectly turned down each day.||I stayed in a suite on the 16th floor, which had a beautiful city view, truly one of the highlights of my trip. I had a fantastic stay at Emm Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The location is perfect—approx 5 kms from Tan Son Nhat International Airport and about 1.5 km from the city center, making it super convenient to explore all the major tourist attractions.

The buffet breakfast was a great surprise for a 3-star hotel—plenty of vegetarian options and delicious. The staff were also amazing, particularly Mr. Huy and his colleague at the front desk who went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Their warmth and hospitality made our time in HCMC truly memorable. A handwritten thank you note from the Hotel manager along with complimentary goodies was a lovely gesture.
