This place is among the best I’ve been so far! Beautiful renovated old building, everything looks very new and clean, functional but also pretty. The rooms are big, have everything you need and staff is amazingly helpful and friendly, they made our stay exceptional helping to find a motorbike, taxi, getting laundry done and so on. Also the place is quiet and away from traffic but still in the center of a very cool neighborhood and close to many visiting spots. The structure and architecture of the place create a strange atmosphere. Good kind of strange. It is as if you are in a half-built or half-demolished building, and the holes on the walls as well as the brick uncoverage give you space to fill them with your own story. Last time I came here in the evening. Next time, I will try coming in the morning to see how it is in daylight. I tried the iced matcha latte and it was good. Not too sweet, not too much matcha. Lovely coffee shop with lots of green plants and spacious and yet cozy atmostphere. The menu is great with lots of classic and special drinks. Their ca phe sua da is delicious every time and drinks always come with free fresh water. And big plus that they are eco-friendly!

The place can be packed and hence a bit noisy at times, but mostly quiet enough for work or study if you have head phones. My favorite coffee corner both for when I want to go alone and...
