McDonald's Tân Sơn Nhất — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Order a Big Mac to go. Food was delivered prompt. Noticed that’s no chilli packets provided, I approached the counter staff for them. To my surprise, the female staff told me that they don’t provide chilli packets and I need to pay for them. The ask me to use the chilli dispenser provided outside to add into my burger. OMG !! When is this global brand start going cheapskate. Not even Thailand or Indonesia McDonald’s did that to their guests. I even reiterated that I ordered a take out NOT dining in. I’m piss off that I threw away my Big Mac without thinking and head for Burger King. Maybe is April...

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this for the safety of others. After eating delivery fried chicken on 26/06/2025 at 22pm , I experienced symptoms of food poisoning within a few hours – including ( nausea, vomiting, diarrhea ). I hadn’t eaten anything else since 2pm that day and after the meal from your restaurant , so it’s highly likely the issue came from the meal I had here. Till now I am still suffering from food poisoning.

I understand that mistakes can happen, and I hope this feedback helps the restaurant take a closer look at food handling...

It is clean. It is fast. The employees can speak English. It is next to the Terminal.

This McDonald’s is a little bit hidden and you need to use Google if you want to know where it is located or ask someone. It is never overcrowded also this McDonalds is a very small one compared with the McDonalds in the City. I can recommend you the food here. It is well made like every McDonalds in Vietnam and has a better taste than I know in America or Europe.
