Nhím's Mama Bistro | Saigon local food — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Do your taste buds a favour and come try the food at Nhíms. My family and I are staying in HCM for over a week in the Masteri apartment blocks. We wanted to try a nearby local place for authentic food and this place seriously delivered. We tried other pho around the city, even Michelin star restaurants but they didn’t have the same flavour and aroma as this place. One of the staff Duc is such a lovely person who is friendly and has given us many helpful tips for our holiday. His English is great and he helped us to explain each dish every time and what sauces to add.
