Pho 2000 is a good place to try a delicious bowl of Pho but it can also be very little compared to what you have to go through. First lest talk about the flavour and the quality of the food, it is good, but definitely not spectacular. I’m pretty sure you will enjoy it but let’s be realistic, is more fame than what it actually is, just because Bill Clinton had lunch there 20 years ago and became very popular. I’m not saying is not worth it, I am just saying that you can have pho in other places without the pain that it is to stand there for up to 30 minutes in an unbearable heat waiting to be seated in tables that they barley clean, sharing tables with strangers that might have eating habits not quite proper if you take my meaning. The restaurant staff are neutral; they get your orders done quickly, albeit not the most attentive of staff.
I had mixed feelings about the restaurant's atmosphere. At a glance, the place looks under decorated and dated in the middle of modern Saigon. But to some degree, Pho 2000 brings back the nostalgia of a different Saigon back in the days. Also, the restaurant has a vegetarian Pho for those who want...

The restaurant has a casual, bustling atmosphere, making it a lively spot to enjoy a meal. Service is quick, and the portions are generous, so it’s great for a filling meal after exploring the nearby Ben Thanh Market. The added history and popularity make it a unique experience for tourists, though prices are slightly higher than other local pho spots.
