I had very bad experience with this hotel and will request a refund. When I arrived, I was told the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working and given two options: stay in a room with no window or move to their sister hotel nearby. I chose to move. And this is the sister hotel nearby they directed me to.
When I arrived they had no idea who I was and couldn’t find me in their system. Unsure if the first hotel hadn’t advised this one I was going to show up. After u was found in the system the receptionist forced me to write a 5-star review before giving me my room key. I told her I’d write it after seeing the room, but she insisted that I wouldn’t get the key unless I wrote it first. I refused again as I hadn’t even seen my room or stayed a night, but she insisted. Since it was late and I was tired, I wrote the review to get the key.
When I got to the room, I found about 5 cm of water flooding the floor from the bathroom. I went back to reception, showed them the photos, and they moved me to another room. However, the key for the second room didn’t work. After several trips back to the desk, a staff member came up with a master key to open the room. He told me I could keep the broken key for electricity, but I’d have to find him every time I needed to unlock the door.
After all these issues and poor communication (the staff member didn’t speak any of the languages I could), I decided to leave. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I felt pressured to leave a review before even staying, and the room situation was...
Read moreAbsolutely the Worst Foot Massage Experience Ever
My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Rose Spa, which is located inside Nicecy Daily Hotel. It was hands down the worst foot massage we’ve ever encountered.
To begin with, the masseurs clearly lacked even the most basic training. Their technique was completely off — it felt like they had no idea which pressure points to focus on, or even how to perform a proper massage. They simply rubbed the same few areas repeatedly, slathering on excessive amounts of oil just to make the strokes easier, but with no pressure, no technique, and absolutely no therapeutic benefit. Even after requesting firmer pressure, nothing changed.
To make matters worse, the atmosphere was completely unprofessional. One staff member started talking, and suddenly the entire team was distracted — laughing, chatting, and paying zero attention to the clients. It felt like they were just going through the motions while gossiping amongst themselves, completely ignoring the job at hand.
The lack of focus and professionalism was appalling. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any worse — they had the audacity to ask for a tip afterward!
Save your time and money. This place is a complete waste. If you value your relaxation and your hard-earned cash, do not come here. You’ll regret it...
Read moreDO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!
We booked our stay through Booking.com, and shortly after, the hotel contacted us via the app to confirm the reservation, warning us that if we didn’t arrive by 4 PM, they couldn’t hold our room.
When we arrived, the receptionist, speaking very poor English, informed us that the AC was broken but offered to move us to another hotel. After checking other reviews here and on Booking.com, it became clear this is likely part of their scam. Many guests reported similar experiences, and it seems they even encourage fake 5-star reviews to manipulate their ratings and offer "upgrades" to inferior hotels. The hotel they tried to move us to had terrible reviews, with complaints about dirt, stolen property, rats, and noise.
We refused the offer and decided to cancel our reservation immediately. Unfortunately, since we canceled, we aren’t able to leave a review on Booking.com, which means other travelers may fall victim to this deceptive practice.
We hope this review can save others from experiencing the same scam. Please don’t trust the positive reviews—they're likely fake! Stay away...
