Sạch sẽ và không dùng bàn tròn nên ngồi khá thoải mái, mát và không quá đông đúc. Nước dùng rất vừa, đậm đà và không bị cay, ớt của quán cũng rất ngon, nêm vào sẽ thấy cay và đậm đà nước dùng hơn 1 chút. Một phần ăn không quá to nhưng vừa đủ để đo, không làm tức bụng, thịt bò mềm và bằng cách nào đó thì lại khá thấm gia vị nước lèo. Quán bán chỉ 30 1 tô bún bò thường và phần ăn như thế này là quá ổn với giá. Quán mở sớm và đóng sớm nên phải đi ăn trước 9h sáng sẽ còn nhiều option để chọn.

Clean and comfortable, with no round shared tables, so the seating feels quite relaxed. It’s cool inside and not too crowded either. The broth is well-balanced, flavorful without being spicy, and their chili paste is actually really good — adding just a bit gives the broth a nice kick and makes it even richer. The portion isn’t huge, but it’s just enough to feel satisfied without feeling too full. The beef is tender and, somehow, nicely infused with the broth’s flavor. Bun Bo Hue was delicious ! We came here at 6am, and enjoyed it for breakfast. The owners were kind and friendly as well.

There’s plenty of toppings given to add more spicy to your bowl. The different chilis have distinct tastes to them, so you can flavor it to your liking.

I ordered the Dac Bien without blood cake. The broth is one of the lightest Bun Bo's that I've had here in Hue. But still good. Adding a little crushed chillies and some pickled garlic... Perfect. No menus...
