I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Udon restaurant, and I can't stop raving about the experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the aroma of the simmering broths and fresh ingredients filled the air with anticipation.

We had a great experience here! The staff was very welcoming and helped us pick from the menu. There was a slight misunderstanding with my order and I got the wrong dish. When pointing it out, they didn't hesitate, apologized and brought me the correct meal promptly without questions and with a smile. The food was delicious, with an authentic Japanese taste. Mình vô lấy thẻ số, quét Zalo để xem menu rồi gọi món. Khá rườm rà vì mới bước vào quán, đang lỉnh kinh đồ trên tay thì phải lấy điện thoại, mở Zalo, và đáng buồn thay là app zalo không hề hiện menu để mình chọn món. Khá là tuột mood vì mất thì giờ mà cái app không xài được. Mình đành nhờ các bạn đứng bếp recommend một món Udon mà không biết món đó giá bao nhiêu tiền cho tới khi thanh toán. Gọi udon xong mình đi tiếp để mua lon Coca Lite, và bỏ lên khay rồi tìm bàn ngồi. Chút sau thì nhân viên mang thêm cho mình một ly uống bằng nhựa và ống hút bằng nhựa nốt dù là mình ăn tại chỗ. Khi tính tiền thì mang thẻ số bạn lấy lúc đầu ra lại quầy để tính tiền. Quán hướng đến phong cách tự phục vụ và có lẽ hướng đến phục vụ một lần hàng trăm thực khách. Udon hải sản thì có mì là tươi còn hải sản thì chưa đặc sắc lắm.

3 sao là dành cho món udon. Hy vọng quán fix lại OA trên Zalo hoặc cung cấp menu giấy tại bàn cho khách, cũng như dùng ly thủy tinh / ly sứ để thân thiện với môi trường và trải nghiệm ăn uống bớt công nghiệp hơn để mình có dịp sửa review thành nhiều sao hơn vì Huế dđang rất thiếu một...
