Lotteria Coopmart Huế — Restaurant in Hue City

I never thought I'd eat at a McDonalds when I first started travelling. I've still not exactly done that, but Lotteria is Vietnam's approximation. It's not fast-food, more like dawdling-food, but you'll get your not-McNuggets or VietBurger within ten minutes of ordering. Just sit down and wait for them to deliver to you, or your feet will get sore.

Prices are cheap, food is okay, and the staff basically understand what you're saying. Nothing is great. I would suggest you go here if you're visiting the Co-Op supermarket and are tired of dealing with the street.

I ordered a spicy chicken burger with no mayonnaise. After a few minutes they gave me a beef burger with mayonnaise, quoting they have no spicy chicken. After a Google translate argument I finally got them to agree to a cheaper normal chicken burger, without the difference refunded. Then 15 mins passed and they magically had spicy chicken burger back in Stock!!! Keep away unless you can speak fluent Vietnamese and are happy for your orders to change...

Ordered the double cheeseburger combo meal. The cashier made the drink and served the fresh then the burger was cooked. By the time I recieved my meal, the fries were very cold. I told the server (Tam) that they were cold. She took them away, had a laugh with her colleague about it then took the cold fries and recooked them. I told her, that they were not fresh.
