Root Coffee Roastery — Restaurant in Hue City

One of the best coffee shops in Huế, without a doubt. I ordered their cold brew with nếp cái (a traditional Vietnamese sticky rice), and it was absolutely amazing. The flavor was unique and beautifully balanced — rich, slightly nutty from the rice, and just the right amount of sweetness. It’s not something you find everywhere, and it left a lasting impression.

The space itself is vintage and full of character, with old-school decor, rustic furniture, and a calm, nostalgic atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. Whether you’re looking to work, relax, or just enjoy a quiet coffee, it’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and take it all in.
