Vũ Cuisine — Restaurant in Hue City

WE LOVED IT !! It was 2 minutes away from our hotel and the restaurant is really beautiful so we came in without a reservation. We were 9 people and the staff was kind enough to move some tables around to sit us together. The service was really fast and they took our orders after maybe 10 minutes of us looking at the menu. We ordered 7 pizza for 9 people total and we had more than enough. The truffle mushroom pizza with bruschetta is to die for. Everything is cooked in a pizza oven and is made freshly in front of you. The ingredients taste fresh. We were concerned about the salad, but the waitress confirmed us that it was washed with bottle water. Although there was a bit of a language barrier with the staff, we could communicate with them via Google Translate easily. I would recommend this place...

I don’t want to jump to any accusations but this place is eerily similar to a restaurant that starts with “p” and ends with “izza 4P’s”.

To me, if it is “inspired” by that restaurant, it’s kind of makes it hard to not compare this restaurant and what it might be inspired by.

We ordered a half half 5 cheese and sausage/bell pepper. The pizza was okay but not certainly not amazing to my taste. The dough was soft but not so rubbery like a good Naples style pizza should be and parts of it were kind of dry in places. In saying that it is quite possibly one of the best pizzas in Hue so you have to make that judgement call.

The chili oil was spicy so that was a plus.

I ordered delivery from this establishment 2 times. The first time everything was fine, but the second time the manager did not add fries to the order and because of this he had to take delivery twice, which is why the pizza got cold. Well, the most important thing that angered me was that the photographs from the menu, which clearly belong to the “Pizza 4p’s” chain, do not correspond to reality, and after my remark the manager informed me that the ingredients had become more expensive, but they did not change the prices. Am I supposed to say thank you for this?
