Read moreI am being blantatly honest about this review. My husband and I are travellers, Indian origin and stay in Australia. We order four plates of chicken kebabs and fish tikka by grab to our hotel. The chicken was raw and absolutely disgusting in taste - all four of them were disgusting. We had to throw it away. We called the restaurant and gave them our feedback and asked them if they can resolve the issue. We spoke with a lady who seemed Vietnamese, a gentleman named James, and an Indian chef - Babar rao (on similar lines) / they asked for a picture of the food. We mentioned to them that we ofcourse didn’t have a picture since we had to throw it away immediately and asked the hotel staff to pick up the garbage. But they didn’t seem to understand and insisted that the chef cooked it very well. Here the customer is giving them a feedback, but strange how they don’t trust the customers feedback. We are Indian born and understand kebabs very well, but sadly all the employees at this restaurant don’t. Very very very bad taste in food, and horrible customer service. We spent 1 million and had to go to sleep hungry. Please request to try other Indian restaurants and...
