My husband and I had 2 bowls of ramen (one original with egg and meat, one extra black garlic with meat). The flavor was strong, typical japanese taste, but they dont have beansprout as side dish. Just 10mins after leaving the restaurant, I had a very bad stomachache and constantly have diarrhea during the night. My husband got his first stomach kick at 11oclock and got diarrhea during the next day. We had our lunch at our parent house before having dinner at the ramen restaurant, nobody in our family got the same issue as us, so it must be from the ramen (either egg, or meat). First ever real Japanese ramen restaurant in Nha Trang newly opened in September, 2024. I came in on their opening day and had 2 different types of ramen: siro & karamiso. The broths are pretty good for both and I like how they have shredded garlic on the table. I usually like my noodle hard so I got hard one, which came out to be a bit harder than usual. One thing they need to fix is the order page. You have to scan the QR code and order digitally, but you have to input your phone number in order to complete your order, which is pretty sketchy because you don't know how they use that info beside the promotional purposes. Though I’m not a big Ramen fan I did enjoy the ramen here. (I generally prefer rice, and I like a more balanced meal with plenty of vegetables.)

My wife and I tried the tonkotsu ramen and the miso ramen. Both were tasty. The roasted pork was good but not as good as the best ramen shops in Japan. The miso ramen was tastier but I enjoyed both.
