Very bad attitude towards Local Customers.

Yesterday I stopped by Atelier Biet Thu at 7:30 p.m. and received an unhappy attitude from the owner.

Specifically, when I entered the coffee shop and was greeted by the staff, the owner said loudly, "We don’t have any customer to greet". After being informed by other staff members that I was a new guest, the owner asked if I had an appointment with anyone and how many people were there. I said I was going with 2 people. After knowing, she told me to go outside with the reason that the restaurant was about to close for cleaning, but at that time there were 2 foreigners sitting at the table that she pointed. I gently inform that there’s other customers sitting there but was ignored. Instead, the employee turned to look at those 2 foreigners, smiling and talking happily while I didn't get any answer. After that, the owner still tried to "kick" me outside even though those two customers were still sitting, despite me continuing to ask her if those two customers were still sitting or not.

After I settled down to sit outside, I did not receive a single apology for the above attitude. The coffee shop continues to accept more foreign customers inside even though they just kicked me out with the excuse of cleaning the place.

To be honest, I am very disappointed because Atelier used to be my favorite coffee shop and I will have to consider continuing to support it...

One of the most amazing cafe in town. I really live the vibe here! Very cozy, warm and stunning place.

The owner is so so friendly, she always got a charming smile while talking to you and intruduce about their daily menu.

They got different cake munes for each day. On some special days, they offer you special menu too. That makes me feel so in love with this place.

Don't miss the breakfast here, they got best waffle for you! Also the homemade ice-cream! It's SO GOOD!

This cafe is so far from trendy cafes for young people! It's not so busy, noisy. You will surely find your own corner here to enjoy food & drink with good music!

Gosh, it maybe so mean but I just wanna keep it for mysefl and for foreign friends comining here. I don't want it become a "check-in" spotlight for young noisy people hahaha.

Surely will be my fav spot in town everytime I come to Nha Trang!!!

A Cozy and Atmospheric Breakfast Spot ❤️

This is an incredibly intimate and atmospheric place for breakfast. Every detail of the interior adds to the charm, from the welcoming shutter doors to the fresh flowers on the tables.

The owner is very friendly, and you can feel the love and dedication poured into this place. It’s a small café with about six tables inside and two outside, making it feel even more special. The signature dish here is waffles. I’ve been here for breakfast with my family and for brunch with friends. While I’m not a big fan of waffles myself, I really appreciate the menu concept. My family loved them, though not all of my friends were impressed. Personally, I enjoy the liver salad, and this place makes a great one.

They also offer a nice selection of teas and delicious coffee in generous portions.
