I had the worst experience there! I booked a trip with Green Coconut Village and - like many others - the Grab driver dropped me off here telling me this is the right place. Apparently the Grab drivers and the Ba Loc Coconut company work together and the drivers get a commission for dropping off tourists at the wrong place. When I found out that it was the wrong place I wanted to leave and go to the place I actually booked, but they told me I couldn’t get there by myself, that it‘s at least a 30min drive to get to Green Coconut Village, knowing very well that it was located only 100m from them. They wanted to make me think that I couldn’t get to the place I originally wanted to go to and wanted me to book a tour with them, which I didn’t because there were so rude. After that they wanted to sell me a VERY overpriced taxi for a ride which is apparently 30min, but in reality it’s just 1min. When I said that I didn’t want that, one of the women physically pushed me out of the store. So in conclusion, they were incredibly rude, mean and also lied to me. Scam!!! Since I reserved another company, I entered the address of other company in Grab, but the taxi driver tried to drop me off here at here. I had already booked another store, so even if I asked to take me to the address I entered, the staff tried to open the car door and get off. The taxi driver refused to go even though i told him this is not the right place, he didn't move until i yelled at him and after i told my grab driver several times i already booked other tour, he finally drove me to the destination I wanted. I read other people's reviews, and it seems that many grab taxi drivers drop off passengers here and it seems like those taxi drivers collect fees. I hope all visitors must be especially careful because they seem to receive higher prices than other companies. Most of the memories I enjoyed during my trip to Vietnam, but I got bad memories because of bad Grab taxi drivers and malicious fraud companies. In order to protect the Vietnamese tourism industry, companies like this should be reported to the Vietnamese government and be punished. BIG SCAM, NOT WORTH IT.

They described everything we were supposed to be doing saying this is why it costs so much (we ONLY DID ONE THING ON THE ENTIRE LIST).

They attempted to force us to give a tip before they let us off the boat. They yelled at us telling us to give more money, and tried to not let us off. All this after already charging us an arm and a leg just to get in.

We didn't get the service we were promised, and the guy complained the whole time while not sticking to the boat tour path we were supposed to have been given. We were charged 700,000 vnd (this was after me talking it down from 1,000,000 vnd their initial asking price) to go for 10 minutes... It's actually 100,000 vnd for 2 people if you book it properly, and dont just go on a whim. also, there are many other vendors. you dont have to stick to the one. you can walk away, and go to a row that will offer a fair price. They're supposed to charge by how many boats, NOT...
