Love the atmosphere and the service, and the food--similar fare to that offered in several other places my wife and I have tried so far--is seasoned more to our liking. There is less sugar, salt and oil, and more pure food flavor showing through. The grilled eggplant and the fried tofu in tomato sauce were two particular favorites. Their "country pickles" were also delicious, and the rice was superb. Moist, slightly sticky, and melt-in-your mouth flavorful in its own right.
