Rubbish. Missed out the one(A-C noodle) in Kiên Giang but found there’s a branch in Grand World.

No staffs in the shop and two of them sitting outside in a corner.

Those staffs seems not willing to operate the shop even I asked them whether it was opened.

No fans or air-con were on. Not want to give you English menu until we spent more than 20 mins for translation.

No one taught you the ingredients manipulation. No boards to notice what the ingredients were.

Self-service is advocated but only have a serve for payment. Respect its service decision, but can you place a photo or video for demo.. Cultural variance to the cheeky point about A + B “/” C not equal to 2 of them.

Fish and squid are extremely fishy.

If guys who want to taste dark cuisine in the wonderful night, please try in the rare Vietnam moment.

So if you’re in PQ, you have to get the local delicacy, Bún Quậy. If you want reliability in terms of taste and quality, come to this chain. Each bowl is a bit pricey, but you can guarantee the portions are worth the price and the taste is delectable. You can tell how fresh the broth and noodles are. The best part, you make your own dipping sauce/broth add-ons so you can control how you want your broth to taste. Overall, a great meal and I would highly recommend everyone to stop by and try it.

This place serves very delicious and fresh bún quây. The noodle is freshly made by the shop, while the soup is seafood based. The soup itself is very lightly seasoned, so what you’re tasting is actually the fresh seafood taste. Each bowl consists of fresh noodles, handmade fish and prawn cakes and a fresh squid. You can prepare your own seasoning/dipping sauce made of MSG, salt, sugar, chilli and calamansi lime at the sauce station - the ratio of each is up to your taste.
