Bittersweet Chocolaterie - Phu Quoc Chocolate (비터스위트 쇼콜라티에 - 푸꾸옥 초콜릿) — Restaurant in Phú Quốc

We went around 445pm and found the shop with closed sign, shutter half down, lights on and door unlocked. A very sweet young lady appeared after some time and welcomed us in, explaining that the shop only opens at 5pm and cocktail bar at 6pm. So take note the hours listed here are not accurate. She introduced us to the different flavours and welcome us to sample and taste everything. Bought a few bars as gifts and our favourites were the matcha and mango ones. My kids also got some cute pins. Prices are bit on the high side for the island but acceptable. Disappointed we were too early for the cocktails...

I bought chocolate at Bittersweet as gifts for my friends and they all love it. For me I’m upset with all flavours. Obviously they are masters in mesmerizing ingredients. Each of them bring me new journey of taste.

Not only the flavour, I choose their chocolate for their story, the dream of bringing vietnamese culture to the world through chocolate is such great idea.
