I’m currently staying here for 3 nights, and I’m writing this because I’m honestly too frustrated to wait until check-out.

At check-in, despite having booked a month in advance, I was asked if I just made the reservation and was left waiting for nearly an hour. Nothing about this hotel is properly managed. No one explained even the most basic information—where breakfast is, what time it’s served, or any details about the resort. I had to ask everything one by one.

When I tried to order a beer at the pool, three different staff members gave three different answers. I was sent between the first and second-floor pool bars, only to be told in the end that I couldn’t order anything. I left empty-handed.

There’s no beer or wine opener in the room. You have to go to the breakfast area and borrow it, and even then, they act like they’re doing you a huge favor because there’s only one, and you must return it. Calling the front desk is useless—nothing gets solved, and even when they say “please wait,” no one ever comes.

During dinner, they don’t inform you of ongoing promotions unless you specifically ask. And this all happened on the first day. The second day? Exactly the same. I’ve basically given up. I still have another night, but I’m already looking forward to checking out and moving to my next hotel.

*Final thoughts: The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Basic hospitality is non-existent. The room is in poor condition and full of bugs—you’ll feel like you’re sharing the space with them. The atmosphere and ambience are beautiful. We were there during sunset which was very nice. We were seated but only received the menu after asking for it. The staff is not attentive, after 10 min of waiting we had to approach the waiter to order drinks. What was also disappointing, the staff had no clue about there food, I asked 3 different waiters on how the grouper will be served, as the menu seemd wrong. Finally the drinks arrived after 30 min (although different ones that we ordered). The food arranged pretty, but no taste. The fish dish was VERY SMALL and quite expensive, the duck portion was good but the meat chewy. Food tatstes bland, lacks salt and spices. On the menu, it says 6prawns and we only got 5 and asked the manager why. They said because those are bigger prawns. This doesn’t make any sense. Then they should fix the menu or put the dish in grams. They didn’t even say sorry and even took 15mins to check this to the kitchen.

And even there were so many waiters, serving is way too slow. (It took 20mins to get one more glass of wine)

Also, they will charge you 5% service charge and 8% vat. Other restaurants put the price including everything on the menu, but here you will be surprised how it gets more expensive.
