Our experience at this establishment was nothing short of disastrous. We arrived eager for a meal, but what followed was an hour-long wait with absolutely no food served. The lack of communication from the staff was appalling; no one bothered to update us on the status of our order or even acknowledge our presence. We were left completely ignored, watching as other tables (who arrived after us) received their food. This level of inefficiency and disregard for customers is simply unacceptable.

Eventually, the realization dawned on us that we were wasting precious time. We had planned our evening around this meal, with the intention of enjoying a relaxed dinner before heading off to see the fireworks display. However, thanks to this restaurant's abysmal service, our plans were completely derailed. We were forced to leave with empty stomachs, rushing to make it to the fireworks in time. The stress and disappointment caused by this experience cast a shadow over what should have been an enjoyable evening.

The positive reviews we had seen online now seem utterly misleading. Our experience was the polar opposite, leading us to question the authenticity of those glowing testimonials. We strongly advise against visiting this restaurant unless you're prepared to waste your time, money, and potentially miss out on other planned activities. There are plenty of other dining options available that will undoubtedly provide a far superior experience. Learn from our mistake and avoid this place...

Bad experience: both food and service. Max 10 items on the menu, we chose: fried calamari (very strange oil taste and not good at all, also the amount of sauce they give - just for 2 or 3 pieces to deep in). shrimp pineapple fried rice (ready rice, definitely not cooked freshly, cold and unappealing). Asked for shrimp only - got mixed seafood, all cut into smallest pieces you can imagine). Returned it back, staff got mad, however we clearly mentioned: only shrimp. fresh spring rolls (ate a bit, but not fresh as well).

Service is horrible, staff is extremely loud, talking and laughing, we couldn't even have a normal conversation at the table. Also laughing at the guests after taking the order ( Chinese ladies), super unprofessional.

Fealty bathrooms, no tissue paper. Left super dissatisfied. Don't waste your time and money for food you...

Disappointed. The serving was very slow, the prices were relatively high for Vietnam, and the food was quite mediocre and not tasty.

I saw a long queue and thought it must be good, but ended up waiting over an hour for the food. Meanwhile, I noticed other tables also hadn’t been served yet. The stir-fried water spinach, which is usually just average elsewhere, turned out to be the best dish here — which says a lot.

One of our dishes never arrived, and no one came to clear the empty plates after we finished eating. They didn’t even provide bowls and chopsticks — we had to ask for them ourselves. I honestly don’t understand why there was such a long queue.

The deep-fried fish, which finally came after a long wait （30mim）, was bitter.
