Good food. Great ambience. BUT!! POOR SERVICE.

Having been to Prime Joint for two times. First time we went there on Saturday evening. There were a lot of customers but still quite a few waitress standing and chatting with their colleagues. No one came to greet us or even said hi, not mentioned asking how many of us or reservation. We left after getting an aloof answer of no seats at all.

Second time we went there during some lunchtime. Many empty tables and we chose to sit on the terrace. Not surprisingly, it took quite a long time to have waitress come along and take orders. When we finished lunch and paid the bill and tip, the waitress didn't say thank you or even smile......Finally when we passed through the gate and ready to leave, a few waitresses there, instead of saying goodbye, they just pretended not seeing us and joking with each other and clapping hands. If they didn't wear uniforms I really thought they were some tourists enjoying themselves in a nice restaurant.🙄🙄🙄

The service literally needs to improve. Ironically, I receive much better service at other smaller and cheaper restaurants. It's a shame that Prime joint is a decent restaurant (I can tell from the decoration, food and price) but the service does not...

If you're looking for a cozy spot with a vintage vibe, Prime Joint is worth a visit. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, though I wasn’t greeted upon entering. However, once seated, a waiter promptly attended to me.

I decided to try the Loaded Prime Joint Burger, and I was pleasantly surprised by its size—it was much larger than I expected! The burger was stacked with crispy onion rings, crispy bacon, a fried egg, melted cheese, and two juicy patties. When I cut it in half, the first bite was fantastic—the flavors blended perfectly, especially with the sauce, and the patty was well-seasoned. However, I noticed the second half was slightly under-seasoned, creating a noticeable difference in flavor between the two halves. A tip: make sure the sauce covers the entire bun for a more consistent taste.

The crispy chips on the side were a great addition—golden and crunchy on the outside, yet fluffy inside.

Overall, the experience was excellent, and I’d definitely return to try this burger again or explore other items on the menu. At K225, it’s absolutely worth the price.
