A small numismatic and philatelic museum on the second floor of the historic Argentine National Bank building. The first floor entrance in the main bank building is very grand and historic and reminiscent of the times when all banking transactions had to be done in person. You will need a photo ID to check in at the first floor reception desk in order to gain access to the 2nd floor exhibit area. Entry is free. There is no photography allowed in the main bank area on the first floor, but you can take photographs in the museum area on the second floor. There is a display of the Malvinas / Falklands war at the entry to the museum that has some models of the ships and aircraft that were used by the Argentine military as well as displays from bank employees that were soldiers at the time. Se debe presentar DNI para obtener la tarjeta de acceso. El museo en si está muy bien, tiene un lindo diseño con una recorrida cronológica que muestra la historia de la moneda en Argentina desde la creación del estado hasta la actualidad. Hay en exhibición monedas, billetes, estampas, máquinas, libros de actas y cartas originales. Vale la pena quedarse unos 30 minutos para leer los carteles...
