. A1 architecture . Close to the city . Open during the week . Well known treasure of Adelaide city . You will find God there seated just above the purple rectangular prism, representing the ark of the covenant. . I would like to see a unified mentality of embracing all Christians as brothers and sisters in Christ, regardless of their denomination. We’re members of the same body, and need unity to be Jesus’ hands and feet in this city. . Long history of stability . Baptismal facility . Guided tours . A vessel on its way to heaven, propelled by parishioners of faithful stead, giving their all for Christ. . Heavenly choir . The building is beautiful. I believe this to bring glory to God. He deserves the best, and here is one of his favourite churches, no expenses spared, only the best materials, staff, design, and art can be found within these walls. The ‘sanctuary behind the sanctuary’ is a pleasant and peaceful little place to pray. . Thankyou. You make every Christian in Adelaide proud to be a Christian, and confident that we do have a place in this city, God is building his church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. . A few nods to mediaeval times with different crests on pews and upholstery with old style pictures. Interesting to see. Lovely garden and pond outside. The kids enjoyed watching fish in the pond. The scale of it has to be seen in person... It's pretty big. The staff there were really lovely and there's a little gift shop. There's a private little chapel out the back you can check out too and an eerie little staircase going down underneath the cathedral which visitors are not to use. I imagine there are tombs under there or something. You can give a small donation to light a candle and the kids enjoyed exploring all the different chairs and kneelers. Interesting to see the dedications over the years - some of the benches and outside pavement have been dedicated to the memory or one person and another. Get some good pictures across these road under the big old tree (a type of fig...
