have been a member since 1998, never going back. they used to be amazing, but something has seriously changed.
after a car accident where i was taken to hosptial, they gave me $50 for a trip from Orange to Bathurst.... which cost $170
no hire car availability, then given the option to make it to Sydney in 1 hour (from bathurst) to pick up a micro car (for a large family!).....
they jsut don't seem to care about their members anymore and just want you off the phone. They dont listen, and just tell you what they want to say...
