During my recent stay in Brisbane, I had the pleasure of residing in the stunning Belise Apartments. Located in the heart of the city, this accommodation exceeded all my expectations with its breathtaking views of the bustling skyline. The highlight of my stay was definitely watching planes arriving and departing from the nearby airport. I was even lucky enough to witness a thunderstorm from the comfort of my apartment, which was an unforgettable experience. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and I was able to cook my own meals whenever I wanted. Although the dishwasher was not always dependable, it was a minor inconvenience that did not detract from my overall enjoyable experience. The bedroom was cozy and peaceful, with a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom, while a bit snug, was clean and functional, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The living room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a large TV that made it perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. One of the best things about staying at the Belise Apartments was its convenient location. It was close to all the major attractions, including the South Bank Parklands, the Brisbane Botanic Gardens, and the Story Bridge. The nearby train station and bus stops made it easy to explore the city and its surroundings. Overall, I would highly recommend the Belise Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Brisbane. The stunning views, spacious accommodation, and excellent location make it the perfect choice for anyone visiting this beautiful city.

There were bugs in the bed and I got bit by them. In the same room that there were bugs in there were so many stains in the carpet and that same bed wasn’t clean either. We literally had 2 videos of the bugs and you could tell that it was at these apartments and just taken but they couldn’t give us a new room and it took forever to sort it out and the receptionist came up to our room but by then we couldn’t find the bug. She said she couldn’t do anything and housekeeping had already left so we just had to deal with it and housekeeping would be there tomorrow morning… the receptionist did end up giving us some new sheets a while later. The receptionist was kind of weird and started asking us where we were from and we said Sydney but she asked oh but like are you from Korea or somewhere which I thought was really weird and kind of rude. I thought it was really nice at first glance but when keep looking you can see that the rooms are not very clean. The location was pretty good and there was a cafe in the lobby, there wasn’t many options but the chicken ceases wrap was really good. There service there was pretty crap, it was 1:15 midday and the receptionist was about to leave with no one else coming to replace her. She had to stay past her shift and to help us. The receptionist was just overall strange. I do not recommend this place at all Edit: After taking the sheets off the blanket I found brown stains??????? And the blanket was ripped in some spots

Booked a 1 bedroom for 5 nights. I was charged a $400 deposit when it was only meant to be $200. Reception staff need more training and could be more friendly. Kitchen was missing basic items. I had no frying pan or chopping board. Also having the cutlery draw and utensils draw in the same cupboard as the bin was quite off-putting. No smart TV or streaming services, only basic foxtel which is all old re-runs. I had all my power points stop working on my last day. Told reception, got the answer of we have no maintenance on today, so you will have to wait for me to come help. No help for hours, so I ended up fixing the issue on my own, finding the power point that was tripping the switch. There was also no housekeeping during my stay. With the potential of added fees for how you left the room upon checkout, including if you did not take the rubbish out yourself. I would not recommend this place. I personally would not stay again. Edit** I'm also still waiting on my security deposit to return to my account. After a few phone calls and emails, I've been told Belsile can't help me cause they had done the reversal on the funds. Even though my bank hasn't received any reversal request. Been told by belise that it's my problem now. Very unhelpful reception staff

My husband and I stayed in the Belise apartments for 5 nights as we had never been away together as it was the first time and we were looking forward to it we arrived late at the apartment due to flight delays and to enter the building was good service for the late night arrival over the phone the room we stayed in was nice but the issue we had was the mattress was not comfortable at all both my husband and myself ended up with back issues to which I told one staff member the next day and with response oh really they are new mattresses I did reply by saying gee if they are new mattresses they are not the best quality and when we left on our final day I told the other staff member again with a response oh really the other issues were that you don’t get anymore towels than what you are given unless you ask no toilet paper unless you ask to which I find in that category they should always refresh you all the time as that’s what’s needed when you go away you don’t go to do washing to wash and reuse of towels to the point that you have to always go downstairs to ask for what you need yeah that’s fine but what do you do if the desk is closed and you need any of these things like come on also they expect you to clean all your rubbish making sure that there is nothing to be cleaned when their cleaners go as otherwise you will be charged really how stupid of that these things should and I’m sure are included in the price you pay to stay and the other bad thing that they have in not sure with other rooms but ours is that the between the carpet and the bath entrance (tiles) there is about just over an inch height wow one of the worst thing to have as you have to watch your step constantly when going to the bathroom from both ends of the bathroom entrance as I split my little toe on it that’s not safe as they need to place something there like a wedge as it’s really bad , was also told by a staff member to make sure that the towels are thrown and messy because cleaning staff will end up putting back on towel rack I then turned around and said well that’s not nice and so not hygiene to do , the other worst thing is that if there is construction happening ( next door ) they should not place you at those rooms as they would start the construction work so early in the morning that not only you couldn’t sleep but you couldn’t even open the sliding doors to either leave open or sit outside the balcony and to top it off even more was that you couldn’t even open the blinds or to leave them open during the night because of the construction workers that was a real no no for me towards any privacy whatsoever hmmm I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back to this place again that’s for sure with that experience for the first time traveling so in overall to me was not a right and good place to stay...
