Recently reopened after being shut due to building repairs for 2 months. Super combo is a street fighter themed burger bar in Bowen hills.

Fairly small shop with limited seating but an awesome outfit with figurines everywhere. The menu heavily themed with street fighter references. I came into this with low expectations thinking it was only a gimmick but was pleasantly surprised. A few ingredients you don't normally see on burgers presented me with a few interesting options.

I ended up going the round 2 and adding chicken + maple bacon. A side of loaded fries as well. The beef patty was the least exciting part, flavour was ok but nothing special. Things got better with the chicken, it was crunchy and went well with the parmesan crisp. Roasted tomato was different, it mixed with the ketchup and kewpie mayo. The pickles were finely diced and tasty. The maple bacon was a bit of a no show. Overall it was such an interesting burger with unusual flavour combinations, I really enjoyed it.

The candied maple bacon and chimichurri on the fries was awesome as well. Drowned in cheese sauce, they probably could of used half the amount.

I placed an order today via foodora for one of their Super Combos. I ordered the super combo: Burger: Yoga Flame Burger (Vegetarian) Side: Corn Gems (Vegetarian) Super Shake: Salted Caramel And Pretzel

What they delivered for a side were the Super Corn Gems which come with bacon as a vegetarian this is unacceptable.

When speaking to foodora support they said they had contacted the restaurant manager who said that I should have put a comment saying that I didn't want meat on an item that shouldn't have had meat in the first place.
