Zac always brings good energy and makes the whole place feel alive. Michael is super friendly and helpful, always down for a quick chat or helping out with flavour combos. And Grace? Grace is sunshine in human form — warm, kind, and makes everyone feel like a regular. The service here is 10/10 every time because of this incredible crew.

As for the froyo itself — next level. The flavours are always fresh and on rotation, with the perfect balance of creamy and tangy. The topping bar is stacked with everything from fresh fruit to Biscoff crumbs, popping pearls, cookie dough bites — you name it. It’s basically a candy wonderland for grown-ups (and kids too).

I came in recently to enjoy one of your amazing bowls of yochi — truly a little bowl of joy! But unfortunately, my experience was soured at the counter. I went to scan my points, which I’ve been carefully collecting (trying to beat my friend who's at 90 points, no less!), only to find that your staff used my points without asking.

I dropped from 24 points down to 14, and I wasn’t even given the option to use them. I know it might seem like a small thing, but I really value those points — they’re part of the whole Yo-Chi experience for me. It was honestly really disappointing, and it’s made me rethink coming back.

I hope this can be looked into. Loyal members like me shouldn’t feel like our effort to support Yo-Chi goes unnoticed or unappreciated.
